State collects account, health, fitness, nutrition, and performance data that you enter in the app, along with data you choose to connect from third-party services such as Whoop, Apple Health, and Strava.

We use this data to provide features directly to you, including readiness scoring, training guidance, nutrition tracking, reporting, sync, and account restoration. We do not use HealthKit or connected fitness data for advertising or cross-app tracking.

State processes data both on-device and through backend infrastructure operated for the app. Synced backend data can include profile details, workouts, body logs, food entries, hydration, check-ins, and nightly journal records.

Progress photos are stored locally on the device in the app's private storage in the current app flow and are not uploaded by the app's current implementation.

Connected-service access is controlled by the permissions you grant. You can disconnect integrations at any time inside the app. Tokens stored on-device are kept in secure device storage where supported.

You can clear local data on this device using Reset App. You can request deletion of your State account and synced backend data from within the app using Delete Account.
