State ("the app") is developed and operated by Nepo Peña, an independent developer based in the Dominican Republic. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
State is a personal health, fitness, recovery, and nutrition tracking application. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency guidance.
Any scores, recommendations, insights, readiness assessments, supplement suggestions, or alerts shown in the app are informational only. They are generated from your inputs and connected data sources and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
You are responsible for reviewing your data before making decisions based on it. If you have symptoms, injuries, underlying conditions, or questions about exercise, nutrition, or supplementation, consult an appropriate qualified professional.
Use of connected data sources such as Whoop, Apple Health, Strava, Withings, and Fitbit is subject to those platforms' own terms and privacy policies. State is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or completeness of data from third-party services.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app; use the app for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our backend systems; or misrepresent data generated by the app as medical advice to others.
The app, its design, branding, and content are the property of Nepo Peña. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nepo Peña shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to damages for injury, health outcomes, loss of data, or loss of profits.
You may delete your account at any time from the app's Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
