No. The app is fully functional on its own. If you have Whoop, Strava, Withings, or Apple Health, State will pull your data automatically. Without them, everything still works – you log manually.
Yes, for now. State is built natively for iOS to take full advantage of Apple Health, on-device OCR, and widgets. Android is on the roadmap but not dated.
